Montpellier are sitting on top of Ligue 1 and I’m giving all the credit to Louis Nicollin.

Read Spiro’s blog, especially the quotes, they’re pure comedy! Not the most colourful character on the outside Montpellier have ever had, but great value nonetheless.

I’m hoping Montpellier can maintain their good form along with Lille. After Lyon’s dominance in the early 2000s it’s nice to have some smaller clubs step up.
